The handle and stand are made of American walnut wood for an enduring knife and is backed by manufacturers warranty (enclosed). It also comes with use and care instructions. It is made in the Inupiat style, a tribe of the far north of Alaska. Proudly produced in Alaska by Alaskans. Stainless steel blade is honed to a fine finish with a single beveled blade for cutting efficiency. Any etchings are rendered by renowned Alaskan native artists.
